This super delicious post-workout banana berry protein smoothie packs in 15 grams of protein, all while fueling your body and satisfying your taste buds. 

Post-Workout Banana Berry Smoothie

Servings:

Ready In: 5 minutes

Good For: Snack, Breakfast 

Cuisine: Gluten-Free, Vegan 

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries 
  • 3 TBS hemp seed powder (I use this brand)
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 3 dates
  • Handful of ice

Instructions:

  1. Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more liquid if needed.
