Cuisine: Gluten-Free, Vegan
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 3 TBS hemp seed powder (I use this brand)
- 1 cup plant milk
- 3 dates
- Handful of ice
- Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more liquid if needed.
