Recipe: Green Power

Servings: 1-2

Prep Time:  10 minutes

Good For: Snack, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Cuisine: Gluten-Free, Vegan, Oil-Free

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber 
  • 4 kale leaves
  • 2 celery sticks 
  • 2 green apples 
  • 1 lime
  • 1-inch piece of ginger 

Instructions:

  1. Clean veggies.
  2. Peel lemon and core your apple (lemon peel tastes great in tea or hot porridge!)
  3. Cut ingredients into appropriate size for your juicer. 
  4. Add all ingredients to juicer and enjoy!

    Notes:

    • Keeps in fridge for 3-4 days.
    • If storing, fill jar to the brim to slow oxidation.
